Unborn Gifts

This is a self portrait ~ and even though I am in the painting it’s not about me at all.

It’s about the unfinished. 

The fruits of my labor that have yet to be seen. The seeds within the pod that I hold, each in time opening and bear gifts

of great joys for those who possess them.

 It’s about the beginning. 

It’s about what shall be.
